Supreme Court of the Student Association Judicial Codes
The Judicial Codes govern the operations of the Court, Justices, and Trials. If you wish to know anything SCOTSA related it should be located in the Codes, and any further questions that can’t be answered in the drive can be answered by the Chief Justice alcade@syr.edu.
If you wish to get the Court involved whether it’s to review legislation, perform disciplinary hearings, mediate between RSO’s, etc. then please fill out the form above. If you are not satisfied with a decision rendered by an entity of SA, or your verdict from the Trial Court then you have 7 business days after the decision to fill out the appeal petition otherwise the original ruling stands.
