  • 6:30 p.m. Buddhist Meditation Association’s weekly discussion
    Location: Small Chapel (lower level of Hendrick’s Chapel)
    The discussion will focus on meditation’s benefits for mental health

  • 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Tabling on Einhorn Family Walk Terrace (outside Schine)
    Grab resources, t-shirts, goodies, and more! Come tie a ribbon in support of Mental Health Awareness Week!

  • 2:20 p.m. Meditation at the Hendrick’s Main Chapel with the Buddhist Meditation Association

  • “Now more than ever it is important to slow down and take time for self-care. Art can be the perfect entry to a moment of rest. Take a moment out of your day to spend at the museum with a self-guided exercise on mindful looking.”
