Fall 2018 Student Organization Space Allocation and Budgeting Timeline
Please review these dates carefully

Mandatory Officer and Fiscal Agent Training

The fiscal agent from each organization must attend one of the following sessions in order to submit ANY budgets this Fall for the Spring of 2018:

  • Sunday, January 28th, 11:00 AM at HBC Gifford
  • Sunday, January 28th, 7:30 PM at HBC Gifford
  • Monday, January 29th, 5:30 PM at HBC Kittredge
  • Tuesday, January 30th, 2:30 PM at HBC Gifford
  • Wednesday, January 31st, 7:00 PM at Watson Theater
  • Thursday, February 1st, 8:00 AM at HBC Gifford
  • Friday, February 2nd, 11:00 AM at HBC Gifford
  • Friday, February 2nd, 3:30 PM at Maxwell Auditorium
January 28th – March 8th Organizations get Space Allocations/event estimates from SCPS
March 9 Budget packets submitted electronically to SA Comptroller, Cierra Britton, via OrgSync by 5:00 P.M.
March 24 – 25 Finance Board budget hearings in Schine 228B
March 25 – March 31 Finance Board deliberations in SA Student Office
April 2 SA Assembly Meeting in Maxwell Auditorium at 6:30 PM to vote on budgets
April 3 Space Allocation begins via SCPS website (on-line calendar)
April 2 – April 5 Appeals may be submitted via OrgSync to SA Comptroller, Cierra Britton, by 5PM on April. 5
April 6 – 8 Appeals processed, reviewed and deliberated upon by SA Finance Board
April 9 SA Assembly Meeting in Maxwell Auditorium at 7:30 PM
April 11 All space allocation submissions, due via SCPS website (on-line calendar)
April 18 Organizations will learn which venue/space has been confirmed for their respective events
April 20 Any free remaining space on calendar can be reserved on a first come, first served basis
